VERBALS/SIGNINGS
Wendy Bowman of Wrenshall has verballed with UW Superior to play volleyball. The 6-0 middle had 215 kills last season. From the Superior Telegram.

Amber Bloom of Carlton has signed to play volleyball at Northern State. She is expected to play on the right side.

Bowman and Bloom are the 41st and 42nd known players from the 2008 Minnesota class. Bowman is the 1st known headed to D3, Bloom is the 22nd player headed to D2.

Illinois has signed Catherine Culligan, a 5-7 libero from Wheaton St. Francis.
