VERBAL
Jessica Granquist has made a verbal to Minnesota. Jessica plays high school volleyball for Blaine, and club for M1 Volleyball. She was the libero on the 17u team for M1. Granquist is the 8th player from the 2008 class to verbal a D1 school, and 11th overall to make an early commitment to a school from 2008.

TEAM USA
Kelsey Brandl made the final cut for the USA Volleyball Youth National Team. They are training in Chula Vista, CA, and will represent the US at the FIVB U-18 World Championships held July 31 – August 11 in Mexico’s Baja California region. The World Championships will be held in Tijuana, Mexicali and Ensenada.

PAN AM GAMES
Brazil swept USA in the semis 25-13, 20, 20. The Americans will now play for third place.
