LOSS IN MEXICO
The U.S. Girls’ Youth National Team lost to Turkey in a sweep 25-19, 16, 19 in the World tournament in Mexicali, Mexico. Lakeville North's Kelsey Brandl is on the roster. She played and had one ace. Here are the stats.

The Marshall Independent features three of their area players headed to the Minnesota volleyball All Star Game in Monticello tonight: Amanda Beekman, Marshall; Hayley Hennen and Alyssa Buysse of Minneota.
By the way, I can't find the all star roster. The All stars listed on the MNVBCA site is from last year.
