Kelly Roysland makes good copy. The StarTribune tomorrow will have an article on her Gopher volleyball progression after a four year break from Fosston. Coach Hebert is happy.

Carleton has been near the top of the MIAC the last three seasons and they are aiming high with returning veterans.

THURSDAY NIGHT RESULTS
Defending Minneapolis City champ Southwest swept Henry in the Lakers season opener. SW won by double digits in each game 15, 15, 13. Brianna Haugen controlled the middle for SW all night and Henry managed only to put down seven kills all night.
