BIG 10 REPORTS
#12 Minnesota beat Michigan State in four with a margin of 18 points. Brook Dieter (Bloomington Kennedy) had 23 points and Lauren Gibbemeyer (Cretin-Derham Hall) added 20.5 more for the Gophers. Vanessa King had 17.5 points for MSU.

Indiana beat Ohio State in four with a margin of 16 points. 8000+ watched in Indiana. Erica Short had 17 points for the Hoosiers. Katie Dull had 17 points for OSU. Susan Halverson (Apple Valley) had 3 digs for the Buckeyes.

Northwestern upset #17 Illinois in a fiver. The final set was 19-17. Illinois had a 7 points advantage for the night. Sabel Moffett had 16.5 points for NW. Naomi Johnson (Bloomington Kennedy) added 10 more for the Wildcats. Laura DeBruhler had 29 points for Illinois.

#1 Penn State swept #22 Michigan with a margin of 22 points. The Nittany Lions had 15 blocks on the night. Nicole Fawcett had 13.5 points for PSU. Juliana Paz had 9.5 points for Michigan.

#21 Purdue upset #19 Wisconsin in five with a margin of 14 points. Stephanie Lynch had 25 points for Purdue. Brittney Dolgner had 24 points for Wisconsin. Nikki Klingsporn (Tartan) had 33 assists and 1 point for the Badgers.
