AAA SECTIONS
1: #3 seed Rochester Mayo upset #2 seed Farmington in five and is one game away from the state tournament, a tournament that is 33 years in the making. From the Rochester Post Bulletin.
Also #1 seed Owatonna swept Faribault.

2: In one semifinal it was #2 seed Shakopee sweeping defending state champ and #4 seed Chaska. From the Shakopee Valley News and Chaska Herald. The StarTribune has a report on this game and other section matches.

4: Woodbury moves on to state with a sweep of Cretin-Derham Hall. This is the Royals first trip since 2004. From the Woodbury Bulletin.

6. #2 seed Hopkins upset #1 seed Wayzata to go to state.

7. #2 seed Andover returns to the state tournament after a one year absence with a sweep of #1 seed Forest Lake.
