JACOBS VERBALS
Kelsey Jacobs of Maple Grove has verballed Winona State. Jacobs is a 6-0 Outside Hitter.

Jacobs is the 22nd player overall in the Minnesota 2009 class to verbal and the 11th headed to a D2 program.
