SW MN STATE WINS MISSOURI WESTERN TOURNEY
SW MN State won the Missouri Western State Invitational with two more sweeps on Saturday. They began their Saturday with a 24, 22, 25 win over Northwest Missouri State. They finished with a sweep of the hosts 24, 21, 22. Erin Contons was named MVP of the tournament. Meagan Wendorff and Monica Ashburn were named to the All Tournament team.

UM DULUTH 2ND IN DENVER
UM Duluth won their final two matches in the Denver Premier tournament. They swept Abilene Christian 18, 21, 13; and then swept another Texas team West Texas 18, 17, 17. Kari Wolford and Vicky Braegelmann were named to the All tournament team. They now face SW MN State on Tuesday in Duluth.

BEMIDJI STATE 2ND AT CONCORDIA MOORHEAD
Concordia Moorhead snapped Bemidji State's three game win streak in a 3-1 win. Later in the day they swept St. Scholastica 15, 22, 20. Alicia Beaman and Brittney Burns were named all tournament from Bemidji State. Story from the Bemidji Pioneer.

MSU MANKATO #1 IN NORTH DAKOTA EXTREME CROSSOVER
MSU Mankato came out of the North Dakota Extreme Crossover with four wins. They started out with a sweep of Mary 13, 27, 28. They finished up with a four game win over Northern State. On Friday they swept Upper Iowa and went five games with MSU Moorhead.

St. Cloud State lost twice Saturday in the North Dakota Extreme Crossover tournament. In the first game Saturday the Huskies lost to MSU Moorhead 27, 17, 28. They lost to Mary in five with the deciding game 17-15. St. Cloud State is 0-3 in five games this season.

North Dakota split a pair of five gamers on Saturday with a loss to Northern State and a win against Dickinson State. The stats of the game can be found at the Fargo Forum. Also in that stat package is MSU Moorhead's win against St. Cloud State and loss to South Dakota.
Northern State split on Saturday as they beat the hosts North Dakota in five, but lost to MSU Mankato in four.
