TONIGHT'S RESULTS
Wayzata beat Osseo in 4. 13-25, 25-15, 25-11, 25-22.
Minneapolis Henry beat Edison in four. Henry led 15-4 early in game one, but Edison played even the rest of the way 25-14. Game two was back and forth with Henry leading late 22-20. Edison took the ball back on a missed serve and then delivered a kill, an ace, and hitting error to put them on the break. A missed serve gave Henry a chance to knot it up, but another kill finished game two with a 25-23 win. Game three was a microcosm of the entire night. Again Henry led early 14-6. Again Edison would not go away and tied it at 18. After the side out Henry's Yer Yang served out with six service points for a 25-18 win. Again in game four Henry jumped to the early lead 13-5, and led 19-12, but Edison clawed back in the contest with a 9-5 run. The contest ended on an anti-climatic missed serve 25-21. Henry's Kiah Hanssen-Kilpatrick had 16 kills.
