Mankato East beat Rochester Century in four in Big 9 action. It was Century's second loss this week. From the Rochester Post Bulletin.
Mankato West broke a five game losing streak with a sweep of Albert Lea.

Pipestone swept Marshall in the land of the Tigers. It was the first Southwest conference loss at home for Marshall since 2000. From the Marshall Independent and Worthington Daily Globe (other area games in the WDG).
Also in Southwest action Jackson County Central swept Worthington. From the Worthington Daily Globe.
Yellow Medicine East is a program on the rise. YME stung Minnewaska in a sweep in West Central South action.
Montevideo bounced back from a loss to YME on Tuesday to beat Lac Qui Parle Valley in four.
It was the home opener (finally) for Litchfield and they made good use of it with a sweep of Mound-Westonka. All from the West Central Tribune.
It took five games for Rocori to prevail over Sartell in Central Lakes action. Plus other games from the St. Cloud Times.
Stewartville picked up a four game win over Winona Cotter in the Hiawatha Valley. From the Winona Daily News.

Buffalo Lake-Hector's coach Susan Alstrom won her 500th career match with a sweep over Sleepy Eye. From the West Central Tribune and New Ulm Journal.
Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa swept Pierz in Central Minnesota action.
In Camden action Renville County West beat Tracy-Milroy-Balaton in four to remain undefeated in the conference. All from the West Central Tribune.

Houston held back Hope Lutheran in five in more Southeast action. Plus other games from the Winona Daily News.
Minnesota Valley Lutheran knocked off GFW from the unbeaten ranks in the Tomahawk conference with a four game win. MVL is tied with Sleepy Eye St. Mary's for the top spot.
Also in conference action Wabasso beat New Ulm Cathedral in four. Both From the New Ulm Journal.
