ALL STATE TEAM
Lauren Gibbemeyer, Cretin-Derham Hall was named player of the year in the St. Paul Pioneer Press.
The Pioneer Press has named their All State teams with three teams, and honorable mention.

TRIO OF SIGNINGS
Laura Greenwood a 5'10" MH/OH hitter from Duluth East volleyball has signed to play for MSU-Moorhead next season. No links found on this story, but it is from a reliable source.

Amber Ryan, Esko MH has signed with NW Missouri State coached by Esko native Anna Tool. From the Duluth News, and you will have to scroll down to read it.

Rachel Lamers Kimberly, WI OH has signed with UM Duluth. From the Appleton Post Crescent.

MINNESOTA UP ONE
The AVCA polls has the Gophers climbing one spot to #12 after their thrashing of Illinois and Northwestern. Now they travel to Madison for a Big 10 battle for second with Wisconsin.

MORE TOURNAMENT LEFTOVERS
Climax-Fisher has a wrap of their 4th place experience in the A tournament in the Crookston Times.
Littlefork-Big Falls had two losses at state, Climax-Fisher and Wheaton. They are reviewed by the International Falls Daily Journal.

ATHLETES OF THE WEEK
The Star Tribune has two volleyballers make the list, both State Champions, and both Brittanys: Brittany Chambers of Jordan, and Brittany Wenzel, Chaska.

TEAM WRAPS
West Central has passed out their team awards and Tana Lohse and Kendra Vipond were named team MVPs. From the Fergus Falls Daily Journal.

ALL CONFERENCE
Lauren Gibbemeyer, Megan McComas, and Lauren Wagner from Cretin-Derham Hall have been named all conference in the Suburban East. The rest of the squad will be posted or linked here when I am notified.
