RIDGEWATER NATIONAL CHAMPS
Ridgewater knocked off MN rival Central Lakes in the semis in four and then Edison, OH in a sweep. Ridgewater has won two titles in the last five years. Joe Sussenguth, in his first year at Ridgewater, was named coach of the tournament as well. Sussenguth was coach at A Champ Minneota for five seasons, so he had a hand in developing two winners. Here is the West Central Tribune on their march to the title.

SENIOR NIGHT, ONE MORE TIME
The MN Daily recaps the senior night celebration win over Iowa. The next item on the menu: at Purdue in a crucial battle the day after Thanksgiving.

POLICE BLOTTER
A former Shawnee Mission East Kansas HS coach Terry Wright, will be spending 13 and 1/2 years in prison for sex crimes involving two former players. He recently married one of them a few weeks ago. From the St. Paul Pioneer Press.
