3AAA Semifinals
Eagan 3, Hill-Murray 0
25-20, 25-17, 25-21

Eagan swept a feisty Hill-Murray. HM came out with the first four points of the game with Lindsay Preiner delivering the first three points via kills. Eagan then scored the next four points to tie it. Eagan took the lead for good 9-7 on Maila Paleafei's serve including two straight aces. Both teams then went into FBSO mode with six straight between the two teams. Eagan kept it up for six straight HM serves and pushed the lead to 18-15. HM did cut the lead to 19-18 on a FBSO back row kill from Jen Annoni. Eagan got the side out and proceeded to get three straight points on Leah Ehret's serve, all on HM hitting errors. Taylor Cross got the side out, and Eagan had an error to cut the margin to 23-20, but got a side out kill from Kelsey Sparks and another kill from Sarah Schwanz to end game one.

Eagan had five rotations in game two in which they had three or more points. HM had the early lead at 5-2, but on Taylor Bohannon's serve Eagan took the lead for good at 10-8. Eagan went on a 12-4 run during this stretch.

Game three Egan led early 4-2 and that ballooned out to 12-5. HM took a time out and after that break went on a 7-2 run. That led to a Eagan time out. They also were rejuvenated after the break with five straight points, one on a sideout kill by Laurel Sanford and four off of Schwanz's serve. HM took their second time out at 19-12. HM then had five straight FBSO, but the hole was too deep. Sanford had seven points in the third frame with six kills and one block.
