Book Wins 600 & 601: D3 Results

FRIDAY'S D3 RESULTS
Augsburg won twice yesterday. They beat Milwaukee School of Engineering in five with the final game going 15-10. The Augies also defeated Ripon in four.

UW Whitewater split their contests yesterday. Central, IA beat UW Whitewater in five. Central trailed 2-1 in that match. UWW swept Alma 14-16-22.
St. Benedict won twice with a 3-1 win over Wheaton and a fiver against Millikin.

Concordia Moorhead won twice Friday. They swept Presentation 14-19-9, and then turned the same trick on UW Stevens Point 8-18-13. Valerie Glynn (Ellendale, ND) had 11.5 points vs Presentation. Jenna Green (DGF) had 10 points against UWSP.

St. Catherine split on Friday with a sweep over Colby Sawyer and a five game loss to Colorado College.

St. Mary's won twice at Elmhurst, IL with a pair of sweeps against Transylvania and then against Fairleigh-Dickinson-Florham. Amy Kujak (River Falls, WI) had 11 points vs Transylvania and 14.5 vs FDF.

St. Thomas split with a sweep of Maryville, MO and a 3-1 loss to host UW LaCrosse.

ST. OLAF/CARLETON TOURNAMENT
St. Olaf won twice with a sweep of Martin Luther 20-13-16 followed by a sweep of Northwestern, MN 17-12-(26-24). St. Olaf coach Cindy Book won her 600th and 601st match. Kim Smisek (Northfield) had 11 kills in each game.

Northwestern, MN did pick up a win over Buena Vista 13-21-16.

Buena Vista topped Crown 23-22-17 as did Carleton 9-14-12. Kyla Walter (Aspen, CO) had 10 points for Carleton.

Macalester beat Martin Luther 3-1 and swept Crown. Majra Mucic (St. Louis Park) had 16 points vs Crown. Sonia Muzikarova (Slovakia) had 17.5 points against Martin Luther.
