Top 10 Poll—Sep 17, 2007
No changes at the top in these polls.
In AAA Chaska and Eagan are now tied for 3rd; Andover moves up one as does Eastview and STMA. Blaine falls two spots to round out the top 10.
In AA again it is the lower half of the top 10 where rearranging takes place. Pipestone moves up one flipping spots with JCC. LeSueur-Henderson makes their first appearance in the top 10 at #9 moving past Minnesota River foe Belle Plaine.
In A there is unanimous support for Windom at #1. BA & Minneota flip spots. Up one is Wabasha-Kellogg to #4; up two to #5 is RCW. Also moving up one is BBE to #9.
Falling four spots after the Southland Tournament is Mabel-Canton to #8.
Meadow Creek returns at #10.

GAMES OF NOTE (continued)
Thursday, September 20
MVL travels to GFW. Both are currently tied with SESM for the lead in the Tomahawk. GFW is the 2 time defending Tomahawk champ.

MORE WEEKEND RESULTS
Rochester Mayo finished 2-2 in the Jackson County Central tournament with a win against the hosts, and Mountain Lake and losing to state ranked teams Pipestone and Minneota. From the Rochester Post Bulletin.

Brainerd lost the title match to Nashwauk-Keewatin in the International Falls volleyball tournament.

D3 ACTION
Crown picked up their first two wins of the year in their own tournament.

COMMUNITY COLLEGE
In the Ridgewater tournament
NDSCS took home the top prize with a victory over the hosts. Despite leading 14-8 in game three Ridgewater couldn't finish.

Central Lakes finished 3rd with a 4-1 record. The only blemish was a loss to NDSCS. From the Brainerd Dispatch.
Rochester finished like Mayo with a 2-2 split with wins over Anoka-Ramsey and Rainy River, but losses to NDSCS and Central Lakes.
