BUSES AND DRINKING
A bus driver from Houston is accused of drinking with his meal after dropping the volleyball team off at Grand Meadow. Coach c drove the team home. From the Winona Daily News.

AAA
Rochester Mayo led 2-0, but Rosemount won the match with three straight wins. From the Rochester Post Bulletin.

Rochester JM swept Mankato West in Big 9 action. Mankato West setter Krissy Schemmel reached the 1000 assist milestone in the second game. From the Rochester Post Bulletin and the Mankato Free Press.

Owatonna swept Winona also in the Big 9. From the Winona Daily News.

BOLD defeated ACGC in four in West Central South action. Plus other area action from the West Central Tribune. Buffalo Lake-Hector coach Susan Alstrom is still at career win 499 as Wabasso won 3-1.

#3 Marshall controlled Worthington 3-0 in Southwest action. From the Marshall Independent and Worthington Daily Globe.

Rocori fell from the unbeaten ranks as they were swept by St. Cloud Tech in Central Lakes action. From the St. Cloud Times.

Fulda swept Edgerton in Red Rock action plus 7 other area sweeps in the Worthington Daily Globe.

Byron defeated Hayfield in 3 straight games 25-14, 25-19, 25-12. Byron's overall record is 3-6 and 1-3 in the HVL.

LAST WEEKEND
Cannon Falls finished 2nd in the Montgomery-Lonsdale volleyball Tournament plus other weekday games in the Cannon Falls Beacon.

Redwood Valley also finished 2nd in the Sleepy Eye volleyball tournament
