Wisconsin Wins Top 10 Showdown

BIG 10
Purdue bounced back from their loss to Minnesota on Friday with a sweeping of Iowa.

Penn State continued to roll with a sweep of Northwestern. The first game was a nail biter at 31-29, but after that PSU showed why they are #3 in the nation.

#9 Wisconsin swept #10 Michigan. It was the Wolverines first set back of the year.

SUMMIT LEAGE
IPFW hand North Dakota State a 3-1 loss. Kelly Lopez (DGF) had 17 kills for the Bison

South Dakota State won their 11th straight in a rally filled fiver with IUPUI. Samantha Pearson (Chaska) had a career high 37 digs.

OTHER D1 ACTION
Stony Brook won the Brown Invitational. Stony Brook has now won seven in a row. Alicia Nelson (Eastview) had four kills and an ace against Central Connecticut State.

Northern Iowa beat Drake for the 22nd straight time. Amy Sampson (Champlin Park) had 9 kills for UNI.

#19 Ohio broomed Akron. Amanda Andersen (Centennial) had 8 kills for Ohio.
