Dieter Notches 20 Kills vs UWGB

SATURDAY RESULTS
HIGH SCHOOL
Today Minneapolis Henry traveled to St. Paul Academy's tournament and finished in 6th place. In pool play Henry faced the wrath of St. Anthony in game one 25-6, 25-14. With Minneapolis city rival Washburn they split 25-17; 22-25. Section rival Fridley won in two 25-14, 25-15 (but it really should have been 25-12. The split with Washburn put the Millers in the friendship game where the hosts from St. Paul Academy won in three games. Henry faced Trinity and let them off the hook in game one when the Patriots led 24-21. Five straight points handed the win to Trinity. They rode that momentum in game two for a 25-18 win.
In the championship it was Minnehaha vs. St. Anthony. They were still playing when we left the gym.

The Gophers smashed UW Green Bay in a sweep. The highest point total UWGB had was 20 in the second game. Brook Dieter continues to pound out the kills with another 20.

St. Benedict upset #25 UW Eau Claire 3-1 in St. Joseph in the CSB Holiday InnVitational.

FRIDAY NIGHT RESULTS
HIGH SCHOOL
Burnsville moved to 7-2 with a sweep of Moorhead. From the Savage Pacer.

Glenville-Emmons beat Grand Meadow in four in Southeast action. From the Albert Lea Tribune.
