Here is the press release from Minnesota on their five game win over Northwestern.

HOW OTHER MN PLAYER'S TEAMS DID LAST NIGHT
Wisconsin topped Illinois in 3 games 26, 26, 25.

Central Florida lost to Southern Methodist in five. Jana Mitchell from Osseo only played three games of the set due to a sore back.

In another fiver Marquette beat Cincinnati. Chaska's Leslie Bielski had 6 kills and 7 block assists.

Wichita State upended Northern Iowa in three. Champlin Park's Amy Sampson had five kills, 1 solo block and two assists.

Cleveland State halted UW Green Bay in three. Faribault Bethlehem Academy's Betty Slinger had a triple double for UWGB--11 kills, 21 asssists and 12 digs in a losing effort. Sarah Rauen from North Branch had 7 kills and Leah Steinbauer from Medford had 2 kills and 5 block assists.

North Dakota State swept Delaware State in the Brown Invitational in Providence RI.

South Dakota State split their first two matches at the IPFW Invitational. They swept North Florida and they in turn were swept by the hosts.
