Illinois and Iowa State Win, Dieter Off Topic

#19 Illinois swept #18 Purdue with a margin of 16 points. Laura DeBruhler had 21 points for Illinois. Stephanie Lynch had 11.5 points for Purdue.

Michigan State hosts Illinois and Purdue this weekend.

Indiana heads to Northwestern and Wisconsin.

Ohio State hosts #11 Minnesota and Iowa.

SOUTHERN: Furman swept Wofford with a margin of 7 points. Pamela Gehrke (Eastview) had 15 digs for the Paladins.

Portland hosts Gonzaga and Cal State Bakersfield this weekend.

Colorado State travels to Wyoming.

South Carolina hosts SC State tonight and travels to Georgia and LSU this weekend.

Texas Christian is looking for a white out tonight vs San Diego State.

Luther swept Coe with a margin of 23 points. Tiffany Kruse (Edgewood-Colesburg, IA) and Taylor Skoglund (Montevideo) each had 11.5 points for the Norse. Taylor Coots had 8 points for Coe.

Augsburg beat Bethel in five with a margin of 20 points. Breann Woelfel (Annandale) had 20.5 points for Augsburg. Kelly Otto (SW Christian Chaska) and Jennifer Stoa (Concordia Roseville)each had 12 points for Bethel.

#20 Gustavus beat #21 St. Benedict in four with a margin of 12 points. Meghan Gehring (Eau Claire North) had 16.5 points for Gustavus. Emma Jaynes (Hibbing) had 17 points for St. Ben's.

St. Mary's beat St. Catherine's in four with a margin of 10 points. Sarah Gardner (Rochester Mayo) had 18 points for St. Mary's. Rebecca Zenefski (Champlin Park) had 17 points for St. Kate's.

St. Olaf swept Macalester with a margin of 26 points. Jessica Levin (Cedar Rapids Xavier) had 15.5 points for St. O. Taylor Tinkham (St. Louis Park) had 9.5 points for Mac.

Oshkosh beat Platteville in four with a margin 13 points. The win gives the Titans a share of the WIAC title.
