Two Big 10 Road Warriors

COLLEGE REPORTS
BIG 10
The road was kind to two Big 10 teams Sunday
Indiana upset #21 Wisconsin with a four set win. The margin was 8 points. Erica Short had 21 points for the Hoosiers. Brittney Dolgner had 18 points for Wisconsin. Nikki Klingsporn (Tartan) had 13 assists for the Badgers.

Iowa beat Ohio State in four with a margin of 9 points. Catherine Smale had 17 points for the Hawkeyes. Katie Dull had 20 points for OSU. Susan Halverson (Apple Valley) had 5 digs for the Buckeyes.

MORE D1
ACC: North Carolina beat Georgia Tech in four with a margin of 4 points. Brianna Eskola (Columbia Heights) had 21 digs and 1 point for UNC.

ATLANTIC 10: Rhode Island beat George Washington in five with a margin of 5 points. Abby Syverson (Minneapolis Southwest) had 9.5 points for GW.

BIG EAST: Cincinnati swept Marquette with a margin of 19 points. Leslie Bielski (Chaska) had 10.5 points while Tiara Russell (Osseo) had 3 points for Marquette.
I haven't been linking the Cincinnati results lately because Kelsey Brandl (Lakeville North) hasn't been playing.

CUSA: Tulsa beat Marshall in four with a margin of 8 points. Megan Carlson (Andover) had 11 points and 17 digs for Marshall.

MEAC: Maryland Eastern Shore swept Hampton with a margin of 34 points. Chanita Wesley (Benilde-St. Margaret's) played but did not chart for UMES.

SEC: LSU beat South Carolina in five with a margin of 4 points. Bridget Denson-Dorman (Hopkins) had 59 assists and 2.5 points for USC.

SOUTHERN: Georgia Southern beat Furman in five with a margin of 9 points. Pamela Gehrke (Eastview) had 3 digs for Furman.

MCAC TOURNAMENT
Rochester edged out Ridgewater in five with a margin of 4 points. Ridgewater will host the Region 13 tournament next weekend. From the West Central Tribune.
