BIG 10

AWARDS: Here is more on Brook Dieter's player of the week honor from the Big 10 along with the Purdue duo of Stephanie Lynch and Kelli Miller.

POLLS: Minnesota edges up one spot to #11. Colorado State fell three spots to #16. Wisconsin drops to #21.

RESULTS
Marquette beat UW Milwaukee in five with a margin of 23 points. UMW led 2-0. Leslie Bielski (Chaska) and Tiara Russell (Osseo) had 18.5 and 11 points respectively for Marquette.

South Dakota State beat Drake in five with a margin of xx points. SDSU trailed 12-7 in the 5th set. SDSU's Mackenzie Angner reached the 1000 kill level, the 13th Jackrabbit to do so. Angner had 27 kills on the night. She had 29.5 points on the night. Angner also was named Summit League player of the week for the second straight week.

AWARDS: Weber State's Brittney Bisaillon (Jackson County Central) was named player of the week in the Big Sky Conference.

Cincinnati hosts Morehead State tonight.

North Dakota State travels to UMKC and South Dakota State this weekend.

North Dakota faces Valley City State and Dickinson State.

AWARDS: The Northern Sun has released their weekly award winners: UM Crookston's Amber Meyer (Paxton, NE) was named offensive player of the week. Northern State's Stephanie Nygaard (Milbank, SD) was named defensive player of the week, and Concordia St. Paul's Maggie McNamara (Zumbrota-Mazeppa) was named setter of the week for the 4th time.

MSU Mankato faces #25 Wayne State on Friday and #22 Augustana on Saturday.

Bethel's Betsy Naatjes (Sioux Falls Roosevelt) was named MIAC setter of the week. Augsburg's Julie Jenkins (Edina) was hitter of the week.

COMMUNITY COLLEGE
