CHASKA TOPS EDEN PRAIRIE
#1 Chaska swept #8 Eden Prairie in Lake Conference action.
EP started slow in game one losing 25-16.
In game two EP had the upper hand late until some calls that broke Chaska's direction. The Hawks survived that game 30 - 28.
Game three again EP had a late lead until Chaska pulled ahead 25-23.

WHITEHAWK WHITEWASH
Mound-Westonka scrubbed Minneapolis Henry 3-0 in a 5AA section match up in Mound 3-0. MW dominated in sets one and three with Henry putting up their stiffest resistance in set two 25-20. The Patriots had a 13-12 lead after falling behind 9-1 to start set two. Henry scored two straight points to close to 19-17 when a serve delay was called and the momentum shifted hard back to Mound. Set three wasn't very challenging with MW holding the Patriots to single digits.

Hutchinson beat New Prague in a sweep. Laura Carlson had 16 kills for the Tigers. From the Hutchinson Leader.
