Oelke Scores 16.5 in Creighton Win

North Carolina beat Winthrop in four at the Gopher Invitational. Brianna Eskola (Columbia Heights) had 23 digs and 2 points for the Tar Heels.

Cincinnati swept Ball State and then the Bearcats swept George Mason in the Indiana Tournament.
Kelsey Brandl (Lakeville North) had 6 points vs BS and 15 points vs GM.

Maryland Baltimore County beat George Washington in the West Virginia tournament. Abby Syverson (Minneapolis Southwest) had 4.5 points for GW.

William & Mary beat Maryland Eastern Shore in four at the W&M tournament. Chanita Wesley (Benilde-St. Margaret's) had 8 digs for UMES.

North Dakota swept Lehigh at the Towson State Tournament. Defin Trefz (Bagley) and Britta Hanson (Thompson, ND) each had 14 points for UND.

Penn swept LaSalle in the Villanova Tournament. Virginia Senf (Woodbury) had 4 points for Penn.

Davidson swept St. Francis, NY in the Buffalo Tournament. Brittany Narr (Minnehaha) had 4.5 points for Davidson.

UCLA swept Virginia in the Northwestern Tournament. Marlow Bruneau (Lakeville) had 5 assists for the Cavaliers.

Tulane beat Ohio in five. Amanda Andersen (Centennial) had 2.5 points for the Bobcats.

Washington State swept Utah Valley. Emily Rooney (Red Wing) had 8 points for the Cougars.

East Carolina beat Marshall in four. Megan Carlson (Andover) had one point for the Thundering Herd.

Creighton beat Bradley in four. Allie Oelke (Chaska) led Creighton with 16.5 points and Jessica Houts (Bloomington Kennedy) added 11 points.

Northern Iowa beat Drake in four. Amy Sampson (Champlin Park) had 14 points for the Panthers.

South Carolina swept LSU. Bridget Denson-Dorman (Hopkins) had 28 assists and 4 points for USC.

Oral Roberts beat South Dakota State in four. Mackenzie Angner (Cincinnati St. Ursula) had 22.5 points for SDSU.

Colorado State will play BYU.

Iowa State is at Kansas.
