Concordia St. Paul Wins Premier

D2 RESULTS
COLORADO PREMIER TOURNAMENT
Defending D2 National champs Concordia St. Paul won the Premier Tournament. Concordia St. Paul beat #6 West Texas A&M in four. CSP then swept #10 Florida Southern.
CSP's Emily Palkert (SW Christian Chaska) had 18.5 points vs WTA&M and 20 points vs FS.
MSU Mankato beat Ferris State in four and CSU Pueblo in four.

Augustana finished 3rd in the Colorado Premier. #10 Florida Southern swept Augustana. The Vikings beat #6 West Texas A&M in four.
Lisa Hoegh (Byron) and Beth Talcott (Omaha) were named to the all tournament team.
Kati Newgaard (Pipestone) had 16 kills vs WTA&M.

COLORADO SPRINGS TOURNAMENT
#16 SW MN State beat #8 UM Duluth in Colorado Springs. Later the Bulldogs swept host UC Colorado Springs.
SW MN State beat Adams State in five later.
UMD's Sarah Wyffels (Marshall) had 13 points vs SW MN State and 11 kills vs UCCS.
SMS's Kasey Loeslie (Tracy-Milroy-Balaton) had 14.5 points vs UMD.

CROOKSTON TOURNAMENT
MSU Moorhead swept Bemidji State. Bemidji State swept Lake Superior State later.

South Dakota swept UM Crookston. Amber Meyer (Paxton, NE) had 6 kills for UMC.

Manitoba played MSU Moorhead.

For MSU Moorhead Cathy Turner and Laura Tvrdik had 10.5 points vs BSU.
For BSU Hannah Eilers (Littlefork-Big Falls) had 12.5 points vs MSUM. and 12 vs LSSU.

UN KEARNEY TOURNAMENT
Mary beat Chadron State in four. Host UN Kearney swept Mary later.
Amanda Hennessy (Williston, ND) had 24 kills vs CS and 11 kills vs UNK

LEWIS TOURNAMENT
Saginaw Valley State beat Winona State in five. Host Lewis swept WSU later.
Carmen Stankowski (Mosinee, WI) had 14 kills vs SVS. Jessi Peterson (Eden Prairie) had 5.5 poings vs Lewis.

UA FAIRBANKS TOURNAMENT
Host UA Fairbanks swept St. Cloud State. The Huskies later swept Catawba.
Andreanna Pieper (Lake of the Woods) made the All tournament team.

SOUTHWEST BAPTIST TOURNAMENT
Truman State swept Upper Iowa. UIU played Incarnate Word later.
Wayne State beat Missouri S&T, and then WSC beat Arkansas Tech in four.
Jennifer Hafner had 19.5 points vs MS&T and 18.5 points vs AT.

TAMPA TOURNAMENT
MSU Mankato beat CSU Pueblo in four and the Mavs then swept Ferris State.
Ashley Nachreiner (Round Rock, TX) had 22 kills vs FS and 19 kills vs CSUP.
