HIGH SCHOOL RESULTS
APPLE VALLEY TOURNAMENT
As reported last night #2AAA Shakopee topped #1AAA Chaska in the Apple Valley Tournament. Here is the StarTribune report.

Owatonna took 4th in the event and finished 2-2. The Huskies lost to Shakopee and then to Eden Prairie. From the Owatonna People's Press.

#1A Bethlehem Academy finished 1-3, good for 8th place. The Cardinals lost to #4AAA Lakeville North and then #3AA Jordan. From the Faribault Daily News.

Jordan's Brittany Chambers went over the 2000th kill mark on Friday.

ROCHESTER JM
Austin won the Rochester JM tournament. Host JM finished in third. From the Rochester Post Bulletin.

WABASHA-KELLOGG
Host Wabasha-Kellogg won their own tournament with a sweep of Lanesboro in the championship. From the Rochester Post Bulletin.

BECKER
Kimball took the title by beating Champlin Park, a team they lost to earlier in the day. From the St. Cloud Times.

SIBLEY EAST
Host Sibley East won their own tournament beating Wabasso in the championship. In the event MN Valley Lutheran coach Julie Detjen won her 100th match. From the New Ulm Journal.

Athletic fees are on the march upward. Lakeville the cost is $230. In Rochester costs have inched up on average $10 to $12. There are no fees for Lanesboro athletes.
