HIGH SCHOOL POLLS
There is a shake up at the top of the AAA and AA polls this week. Shakopee is the new unanimous choice for #1 in AAA, while there is a three way tie for first in AA. Marshall, St. Cloud Cathedral and Jordan all have a share of the top spot.
The former #1 AAA team Chaska drops one spot to second.
New to the polls this week: Owatonna moves to #9 in AAA. Andover drops out.
There were no additions or subtractions in AA.
Martin County West is #9 and Onamia moved to #10 in A while Meadow Creek and Mayer Lutheran dropped out.

LATE HIGH SCHOOL RESULTS
Brandon-Evansville topped Underwood in four Saturday. From the Fergus Falls Daily Journal.
Austin won the Rochester JM tournament on Saturday despite losing two pool games. JM finished in third. From the Austin Post Bulletin and Rochester Post Bulletin.
Bigfork took first place beating Hill City in their tournament this past Saturday. The Huskies lost the first game, came from behind in the second game and won 26-24 and won the third game 15-5 for the championship.
COLLEGE NEWS
WEEKLY AWARDS
The Gopher's Christine Tan and Nicole Fawcett of Penn State were named Defensive and Offensive Players of the Week in the Big 10. It is Tan's second honor this year.
Iowa State wants to "cram the coliseum" when they host #2 Nebraska on Saturday night.
Virginia heads to Virginia Tech on Tuesday in the ACC opener.
HALL OF FAME
Former MSU Mankato coach Marge Burkett will be inducted to the Maverick Hall of Fame this Friday.
COMMUNITY COLLEGE
Central Lakes won three times this weekend beating Vermilion, Mesabi Range, and Ridgewater. From the Brainerd Dispatch.
